the dell 9200 has a 17" screen. It uses a pentium M, but has a nice graphics card so i guess it doesn't count.

Actually, considering the processor and purpose. i would put it in a really small case, and put the vid card in a p4 system, but it's up to you.
if u want a cheap proc go with an athlon xp.
I was joking. Don't spend much on that p3 comp, just up the RAM and give it a fresh install of windows XP. If you can actually get that p3 for $10 go for it, too.
