Power supplies are also a bit tricky. The higher end brand name power supplies list their wattage in average output. Meaning a 500w PS will give on average 500w. The lower end cheap power supplies list their wattage in MAX output....

If you are gaming, get the GT. For regular use, get the GS. The GT has faster processor and faster RAM. Overall the GT is a lot better. I had the 6600Gt and it was a lot faster than my 6800GS.
Most people will say to get an AMD system for gaming. I am a fan of Intel mobos, and get yourself a good powerful power supply. Antec possibly.
