Are many people on the forum getting the 5400, although the dell representative assured me they only come in 4200rpm.

people are reporting 5400rpm 40gb with their inspirons, should I give it a shot.

I want to pull the trigger on the inspiron with the good pricing popping up, but I cant with the 4200rpm drive...how many who ordered the 40gb actually got the 5400rpm drive.

Its going to come out with that same config to $1725 shipped, can I do any better?
