I needed a new mouse so I was comparing prices and found this:

I called dell and asked for a replacement laptop due to all the problems I had with the original one and overall, I am fairly satisfied.
The configuration was the same as my original but I've learned the following:

10 ounces of warm h2o
5 drops of baby shampoo
shake it up so the shampoo dilutes
add about 6 ounces of rubbing alcohol into the bottle.
mix it around.
spray on screen and wipe off right away with a soft cloth.
Ok guys, here's the update:
After spending about 3 hours on the phone calling back and forth, it appears that they have solved my problem.
They will get me a replacement system by the end of June 10th!
