I have tried 3 different batteries that work in other compaq's though.

Its out of warranty though. Do you think the internal charging unit is bad. If so. Does anybody have a motherboard for it?

Well the batteries (as of today) work in other compaq laptops. Just not mine. I have tried flashing the bios as well. I'm gonna try a different charger today and see if that helps.
