thanks, i decided to get a macbook. if i get 4BG of ram will i still be able to parallel windows XP. because i heard that XP doesnt work correctly with 4GB of ram.

thanks for the responses. yea i realized that if i buy the 4 GB and then take 2 GB out i wont be able to take advantage of the double memory thing. thats why i decided to buy 2GB for now and then upgrade later. i know its easy to upgrade...

can i order the laptop with the turbo memory and the 4 gigs and when i get the laptop remove the turbo memory and 2 gigs. and just save them for later? like would it be too much trouble to manually remove the two gigs and turbo memory?
