hm, strange, after installing speedswitch, start it up, then hit detect max speed. after that it shouldnt be any problems. Oh and make sure you leave speedswitch running. if u still have problems, iv got no idea what could be wrong :S

iv got the iriver ihp120, its just awsome. also, if you guys are after small players, check out the iriver h10, really small, 5gig hd and colour screen best there is.
