Thats a bummer, mine was perfect out of the box. Thats what Happened to me with my MALX, its doa bigger than crap and I had to send it back. The MB was bad. That will sure spoil things, I hope they resolve to your satisfaction

1st test netted a 5538 score, this was with the external 1 gig video card enabled. 2nd test netted a 594 score, this was with the native card enabled and on battery. 3rd test netted a 4023 score, this was with the external video card...
