I dunno about that...something doesnt sound right there....was your friend using default settings? because if he was running it at 800 by 600 that might be possible...whether or not its skewed, 3d mark is kinda the benchmark standard for...

they seem fine to me ...If you read this thread in detail I didnt get much higher with my 8890 overclocked and my specs are higher than yours. Be happy!
