That sucks man. Armando. I just asked to have my M15x order changed to a skullcap case. They said it will only take 1-2 days to process. There wont be any delays, and the price will not be adjusted right? And which case is backordered...

I just talked with customer service and they are offering the Skullcap design to any customers with orders currently pending. From what I can tell it will be at no charge. the only downside is that it will take 1-2 days to process.

So as long as were on the subject of upgrading my M15x, I was looking at this article is it possible to eventually upgrade the processor or graphics card. And is the hard drive user replaceable with any 2.5" SATA notebook...

Ok, assuming the M15x's MOBO supports duel channel RAM, i can replace one of the 1Gb sticks with the new 2Gb one, and eventually match it with any 2Gb stick?

Is the stock RAM that comes with the Alienware dual channel? And is 3 or 4Gb of average RAM faster than the 2GB that are already in the M15x?
