Maybe. But Apple's never been a big video card company. They'll put in what they need to run their system well, but never someone just to grab the latest just because it's the newest.
I doubt you'd see a dedicated video card in it. That's what the Macbook Pro is. I'd just assume the 15" Macbook was just one with a larger screen but the same general internals.
