That sucks man. The two times I have bought from dell (XPS Gen 4 desktop and recently a 2005FPW monitor) and have had zero problems. Shipping was fast and the PC and monitor were flawless. Hang in there and I'm sure they will fix you up.

My friend purchased a desktop from Ibuypower and had nothing but problems. First a faulty video card, then when that was supposedly fixed, it kept going to blue screens and randomly shutting off. I would never deal with that company.
