The Clevo KHLB2 (sager 2098) is a nice budget option. HD4670 GPU is quite capable.
The Cooler Master NotePal Infite might work, the vents are situated behind the cooler just like you wanted. It is on the noisy side of things though... My review... But as mentioned, you should 1st clean you notebook fans. Undervolting...
