You wont find any notebooks with a easily upgradeable GPU in that price range. The C90S is an option but will probably be above you budget with all the other parts. Other than that have a look at the Vostro 1500.
Specs looks nice, what are your uses? Mind you ASUS notebook's battery life is not top class. With regards to 5.1 audio, by the looks of it, it doesnt seem to have optical output, so thats most probably a no, you might need a external...
