I just read on CNET that the latest toshiba tablet pc will get nVidia PCI Express graphics card along with DDR2 & 533Mhz FSB.
Do you reckon whether the graphics will be something as good as GeForce 6600 or just 6260 with...

What settings did you play Doom 3 at? Do you see any slowdown during heavy fire exchange? Those flying skulls do shoot at you, right? Or do they just swear you to death?

Is there a fan at the bottom of the S170? If so, you could add a USB notebook cooler to help the heat escape from your S170.
BTW, can you run Doom 3 'properly' at 1280x800 on S170?
