Better to get it from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers unless you want to modify Nvidia's .inf file.
I'd guess overheating. Clear all the vents & the heatsink/fans.
Well I don't have the tuner but you should be able to run setup. If that didn't work you can open the device manager, find it and open its properties, uninstall the current driver and install the new one.
