SwSetup is just a driver-backup folder. You could ask for a Recovery Disc from HP which I'm pretty sure will add back the SwSetup folder (and wipe out all your personal files and current windows installations)

Nope, nothing on the computer itself will accept video-in. I'm sure there is a USB dongle that would do it. I know my USB TV tuner has S-Video in and Component in.
