sometimes it doesnt ship with the software because it is available free to download and works fine w/o it...(you just can't customize your buttons w/o the software)

is it bad to unplug it and not do a full charge when you get it? a i know conditioning is good but is there any thing that could affect its lifespan and make it shorter?
