i resently got adobe after effects, and i'm try to learn to use keylight, but i'm not sure what to look for in a green screen or how to set it up, if someone can help me out and gimme some pointers that be great.

I need extremely high quallity video, what is the best way of capturing some? I'm using firewire, and a MINIDv digital camcorder. Danke.
