Tried Fedora 9 also, works fine until rebooting into xWindows... Something makes me think that the vid is failing when going into some of the higher resolution modes, but working OK up to maybe 800x600 or so (whatever the Fedora install...

Trying to install fresh XP onto PCG-K45. Install goes normally until the system starts up windows, then it seems to turn off the backlight of the LCD. Same thing happens when installing Vista. Haven't tried any form of Linux, maybe...
