oh n about the RAM not seeing this n that n whatever... i was planning on putting vista 64bit on it anyway. good idea or bad idea? i know it'll make it see the full amount of RAM i put in, but other than that i havnt looked into the pros...

You know the ship date they give you for the system you order, well how close to they come to that date? I've heard quite a few complaints about it, trying to my rig before I have to ship back out!
