I have have messaged him twice with no luck.

My 766 area 51 has been disabled since mid August, despite two trips to depo and several hundred dollars for new graphics cards. The tech problem is my laptop keeps overheating for some unknown reason and the BIG probelm being that AW...

E-mails and PM's do not seem to have an affect, does anyone else have any other ideas about reaching these people? (Emails and PM's went out 3 days ago without any response) ...

About Three months ago I began to have serious technical issues with my 766 model area 51 and since then I have had nothing but trouble despite over a month and a half worth depot service and another month and a half of home trouble...

I reinstalled WoW, HL2, norton anti-virus, and Microsoft works. I updated them all and started playing as normal till about 20 - 30 min into then the screen flashes and dies... I can still hear audio tracks over the speakers Its odd......

I just got my laptop back from them yesterday, but in the same condition (motherboard and videocard changed). After about 20min of WoW it dies and takes about 30 min to kickback on the wierd thing is that i can still hear the game over...

The same could be said about AW

Wow round 3 of my thread.......................I got my laptop back from alienware AGIAN today to find to my surprise that it dosnt work. I got about 2 hours out of it before it died agian (blank screen) seems to happen everytime i do...
