A Precision M6300 works for you? My videocard (FX 3600M) is dead for overheating (the laptop is working, but Windows loads the standard VGA driver only) =/ The service tag is: 754ZTF1 I am from Porto Alegre, Brazil.

Dell is still offering the M6300 here in Brazil, but I believe it won't take so long to discontinue it.

I moved from XP32 to Vista64 and I won't rollback! Before the change I was wasting 1GB due to 32bit limitation. Now I am enjoying all of my 4GB and the system runs fluid and smooth... =D

Wow!!! Samsung utilities always crashes my desktop... Blue screen, IRQ conflicts, etc. I have a 931BW and I am glad to hear you guys warning us. I will remember to never use Samsung applications on my laptop. Thanks a lot and good luck!

I really don't know... I think it depends on the motherboard capabilities... Are all the motherboards used in all M6300 the same model?

Oh crap, there is an order to install the drivers? After several tries I finally finished have all devices of my M6300 working on Vista x64. =/

Is the Blue Ray drive compatible with Precision M6300?
