I'm guessing when you reinstalled you used a non sony recovery disk. Do you still show the EISA configuration partition before the (C: drive).

What do you think might happen with all customer service/ support in reference to customers who already have Fujitsu Hard Drives ? Is the support going to be grand-fathered over in reference to warranties also? Thanks

I downloaded the SATA driver that supposedly covers XP and this laptop. Loaded the driver using the f6 function under the XP setup.....no luck finding the drive. Any suggestions?
