Pretty much what Devion said. This is up to the power that be and only time will tell the whole story. The motherboard may need a upgrade inorder to interface with the card correctly but once again. Nothing has been set in stone.

Hmm, It was my understanding (This coming from online sales support) that replacing the processor would void the warranty. I also imagine that their warranty agreement would have a clause in it allowing them to refuse service to machines...
Thanks for the info. I talked to live sales support and, although the fellow I talked with didn't seem to explicitly understand what I was asking, said that the processor could be upgraded by sending it back and paying the labor + parts...
