The hd died on my s705 yesterday. It had been previously making a strange noise before and just contantly churning. I'm hoping my s705 is still under it's one year warranty. I bought mine sometime early last year. Is there a Toshiba...

I don't think that screen is a CASV. Clear super view is what they had on the early 5200 series. Clear *Advanced* Super View is CASV and what we want with a centrino or dothan.

I have to agree with the post above. I have the s705 as well and the CASV is the best out there. Also, the s705 has the best sound on a laptop if you like to listening to music.
