No it is not possible. The main difference would be the frequency. I'm not sure what frequency the baby monitors use but I'm sure it's not as high as wifi or bluetooth. Also even if they where the same frequency they just wouldn't...

Is that one of alienwares removable video cards though? if that's the case than I doubt it will work. Also alienware may have some hardware detection in the driver installer that won't let you install it unless its an alienware.

yea that's definitly normal. Not sure about the 8790 but my 4060 does the same thing, but a little hotter.
