For anyone wondering I fixed my issue. Called Alienware. I had to unseast my HDD and the little lithium battery. Must have reset something. Dont have the error anymore.

I tried it and restarted and it still says checking file system on C. Could you please go through the steps for me. I appreciate it.

I installed my free upgrade to Windows 7 but the touch sensitive media bar does not work. I do not see the icons anymore on my screen when I turn on or off wifi or change the volume. Anyone else have this? Thanks.
