doing some research it looks like the 810's are only capable of using the PIII chips, and 1Gb of RAM....but then again finding the parts to do any upgrades might be a bit difficult due to the age of the system..

In case anyone is still looking at this thread, there is a new 1.28 bios out on the Acer site for the AOD250....
