have a look at the asus range they have inbuilt tv tuners and is still pretty mobile
ive got 1 dead pixel on my m6n and it annoys me only a little bit but having 4 must be very distracting
bit hard to diagnose the problem...but u can try formatting your laptop formatting usually helps
it should run fine...however on my asus m6n...i couldnt use power dvd..had to use asus xp dvd..which is a rebadged version of power dvd...odd huh?
or take out your optical drive and chuck in a 2nd hdd in there...your laptop should atleast be a hot swappable one
possibly try reinstalling the program or search for an update of it?
i think when they say 'you cant even install RAM without voiding the warranty"...they mean that the RAM/CPU/Optical drive/etc must be fitted by a registered Asus specialist inorder to not void warranty..
i'd choose the 700 as well...i bought a 15.4" widescreen asus m6n a year ago and its a bother having to lug its 2.6kg ass around uni..i wouldve prefered a 10.1" or a 12.1" but they didnt have the gpu capabilities
