totally have that problem---sending mine back this week

my 700 is going back as well....a few things..the letter "m" keeps popping up of the keyboard when i type the screen casing is loose--i can stick my finger between the screen case and the lcd where it says INSPIRON...cd/dvd...

it is 3 GB...i have another partition with 47mb as well...i asked a friend and he said the same thing,,,its three gigs and 75% is used..all i know it says the system name is FAT32...no clue...

thanks.... yea there seems to be a seperate partition by dell that takes up about 3.sumthin GB and all it says is "FAT32" no clue...ill check..thanks

i was suppose to have 60GB and 512 on my comp i have like 496ran and total available like 53gb....why is that? theres a partition for like 3.4GB and 70% is already used..all it tells me is FAT32..can anyone please help???//

same here, suppose to ship out on 17th, but got shipped out today...got lucky, when i first found out i called ant complained bc i need this for school...and got a free 8cell battery....awsome cant wait

can anyone tell me if i should belive what happened? do they do stuff like that with that much value given out?

guess it is bittersweet, bitched about the delay to customer support and he said he could give me this notebook carrying case, online for 99.00 turned it down and asked for an 8 cell battery, he hooked it up...sweet, only thing scares me...

i ordered mine on the 12 and today was the delivery date , it is now postponed until sept 17
