My 8886 stutters if I try and pause a cd while playing. It does this with Windows Media and Music Match. Any thoughts?

It works ok! If you use your machine on our lap it is a neccesity. I would say it has reduced the heat of my laptop by 30%. I have no way of actually tesiting it though.

I meant "quiet". It seems to blow cool air onto the bottom of the laptop. And 888E series sucks air through the bottom so it is a nice marriage.

I think it works well for both. And for only $20 it is quite, light and very effective. It pulls any excess heat from the bottom of the machine and serves as a lap pad. (it does feel rather nice on the penis as well
