first off, I was told by Dell in NY I cant get the accidental damage. The accidental damage wouldnt cover theft. Has anyone ever used safeware ? If yes how is there service?

I love the inspiron 8600. But I just found out new centrino chips are coming with the 533FSB. So I am still thinking if I should return it. The laptop is great. Very good battery and long lasting. No compliaints here.
