Make sure you don't still have the clear plastic covering on the badge and strip. It just peels off.

The delete key is on the top row, 2nd from right. It's also smaller than most of the other keys.

TweakUI does indeed disable the e-mail and web browser buttons, but I haven't tried changing them to run another program (but the option is there if you want to assign the buttons to a different program). Thanks for the tip!
