amazingly they did reply and were somewhat detailed. the really amazing part was they shipped it out already and to top that they're doing Saturday delivery

I can post that my Sony died two nights ago while burning a CD. It got VERY loud and the whole laptop started vibrating bad and then it died. It would open and close and try to read, but couldn't see...
BTW, that GUIse link is good and it works on any computer. I installed it on this 1705 with MCE 2005 and it works like a charm. I'm not a superman fan, but it looks pretty sweet. I know this guy at work, who's a superman nut, will love it
I agree with you on the keyboard, that thing definitely made me make some typos.. glad yours worked out and hopefully mine will be shipped back to me (WORKING) soon..
do they let you know the status while it's there? and for that...
