FYI, I have heard that SP2 WILL cause issue with existing BT Software. Check out this article: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?ContentId=3163. (It deals with PDA BT connection to WinXP SP2, but it's still relevant)

Try to turn off AA and AF.
Just a quick note: if you buy memory NOT from Crucial or Dell themselves, watch the MEMORY VOLTAGE. If the replacement memory have voltage higher than 2.6, it may cause problem. See my other thread on this.
