ive never changed anything in the bios before.. i know i have to burn the image to a cdr with nero.. and then i just restart my computer and go to bios (how do i go to bios) im scared..

will i lose everything on my computer? and if i havent installed the fan firmware yet either, which should i install first, fan firmware or video fix?
