My T60 with a 9-cell lasts about 4 hours while watching a 700mb movie. at low brightness and wifi/bluetooth off. still i think its pretty good. you might have like a circuit problem within the battery so all cells might not be connected...

correct me if im wrong but i believe its soldered onto the board. I asked a IBM service professional and he said unlike processors, most laptop graphics card cannot be removed or upgraded.

i cant really recommend anything at that discount price because it would rather be trash or another discount product. But i dont know about ideapads. it doesnt seem as well built as the T& X series. and thats probably why its on...

dont you have any extra 3 pins? do remember this can be little risky. it can possibly "burn out" circuits etc from high voltage.
