I will hate to say this, but as good as it look and everything, the damn Turions are socket 754 and AMD is switching their whole cpu line to socket 939. Like I said in another thread, what is the point of releasing the processors if one...
I'm dissapointed, I'm back again waiting either for the Ferrari 4000 or the MSI S270. Look at the specs on the 4100 here: http://laptob.com/main.php?section=shop&group=274 It has a SIS chipset. I hate SIS chipsets, it SUCKS!
i was going to post that link, haha, well hopefully the 4100 would be cheaper and better than the centrino crap! EDIT: DAMN! I looked at the specs and let me tell you, it is kinda hard to beat those prices, I think is the cheapest...
I think on my friends laptop is a 6 cell, I'm not sure it could be an 8 cell because it is kinda big.
My friend has a 8104 and if this laptop is the same size and weight, that might be the perfect laptop, for me of course. I'm a fan of ultraportables, but since I saw my friend's 8104 I think is not that bad to carry a laptop like that.

Haha, Plagelochard you might be right. Hopefully we will see some day one of the Arimas or the Acer Ferrari 4000
That Ferrari laptop is really cool. Hopefully it will have all the good stuff like good resolution, lightweight and a powerfull processor. From what I read, the HP/Compaq S939 laptops do like 3 to 4 hours, Acer and other...
What the hell is wrong with companies. I give up, I'm waiting for the dual core stuff maybe by then we would have better choices, because all this choices suck!
Dont even mind the post. I just turn it off and turn it on and it is fixed. I had to turn in off by "brute force" and now it works. hahaha.
