Yeah, I downloaded and used CPU-Z. It confirmed the RAM speeds at 4x200 MHz for 800 MHz FSB, so I'm guessing that 3DMark03 is just wrong this time. Still, I'd like for anyone not using BIOS 1.00.07 T3 to chime in and report what memory...

I just flashed to the 1.00.07 T3 that you posted, and all signs of artifacting are gone. I am now stable at Pro Turbo speeds! Woohoo! This BIOS defaults to 344.3MHz Core and 243.0 MHz Memory.
