I did them with Photoshop. I used a few online tutorials, and some of the work is combinations of the techniques I learned. This one was quite simple but I think it looks good.

I should be able to. I don't know if the effect is as nice for a 600M because the 600M has blue, while the D600 in monochromatic but I'll give it a shot and see how it comes out...
