Ya same here i was worried more about the processor for compiling and program diagnostics and the whole kitten kaboodle.

ya i know that bout college (im a comp sci major freshman) but i got the 5690 its a killer. (its stuck in harrisburg right now should get it monday and i move on thurs)

I tryed 2 wireless mice on my desktop both shuttered at important times in BF so I took them into my back yard set up a pile and burned/melted em both. That solved my shuttering problem good. (oh went to ball mouse)

Thier have been some "issues" with SP2. When tested by Maximum PC they got the Blue Screen of Death and had a pain in the butt time taking it out. I've also heard various other problems. Mircrosoft hasnt really done anything...

wouldnt really suprise me if their arnt any upgrades available i think its kinda a big jump in design.
