ya i read a post about this in the planethalflife.com forums its the ATI drivers roll back until you dont get artifacting. Its happening even on x800 desktops not just lappies. (i think one rollback should fix it)

It really does suck that the 5690 was discontinued mines a powerhouse and when i play games (even with everything max out) it doesnt go above 60 degrees normally staying at 58

probably the adapter went and you most likely will have to order one.

I just emailed sager tech support all they asked for is my serial number and their mailing me a new one. Pretty good support. happy i didnt have to mail it in cant go in college without a computer.

I get this kinda snapping sound out of my ac adapter every now and then some times even after barely using it. I was just wondering if anyone else gets it and if you think i might need to invest in a back up adapter.
