Hi, I was only given a 'Recovery Boot Disk'. I want to reinstall vista because I suspect there's malware on my machine. I've done scans for viruses and spyware but nothing has come up. But 144GB hard disk is completely filled up...

it's supposed to have 320 in all. when i go into my computer it shows that c drive has 4MB (this number keeps fluctuating) free out of 144GB and disk D has 119 GB free out of 144 as well.

I haven't been paying attention much to the ammount of space my programs were using in my laptop so I got a huge shock when I turnied it on one day to find that almost the whole of my hardisk was full (only 1GB left ) I'm a total noob...
