This turned out to be a cable issue. Only one of the connectors was working and it was in reality only seeing one HDD. I swapped out the cable and it was fine.

Thank you for your help Steve. I was able to resolve this issue. The card reader wasn't enabled in the BIOS and the webcam had the wrong drivers for the AMD board.

Yes I did. I always work on these gaming systems and have all of the alienware m7700 drivers. Thats why this is so baffling. Could this be an issue with the chipset?
