just got a 9300 this week (1.6PM/512/60GB-7200/x300-128/MediaCenter/9Cell/TV/WUXGA-TL/Intel2200BG). only took 6 days from order to delivery (chicago)! so far very happy. in the past i never found dell notebooks especially appealing...

sage advice for sager owners (especialy if u have cats) don't forget to clean that heat sink from time to time!
update: i have run some drive checking softwares, and then a 'system restore' to a few weeks before the problems started which restored my DMA and USB to normal. but i started experiencing BSOD's having to do with MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION...

say, what happened to the ability to edit posts? i wanted to add that i didnt think the fan pointed at the keyboard would make a huge difference, but it does keep it cool to the touch and i dont get shutdowns anymore.
