Same thing happens to me. Occasionally when writing an essay I'll look up to see myself typing on the end of a random sentence. The only thng I can think of is that I hit the pad. One good tap on it is the same as clicking the mouse.

That's probably the ultimate setup(as of right now, that is). Nothing better than that. Nothing you could even upgrade, nice!

I only have the mr9700 w/64mb and games like 1942 run FLAWLESSLY on max settings. It also handles Farcry but I don't care for that game too much. It does lock up eventually though when I try and play Doom3.
