Yep... pretty much anytime I mess with an OC'ing utility and then have Powerplay kick in... I get the same symptoms you've described. I was hoping someone would know why that is...

I use ATITOOL and oc'ed my MR9700 by about 12%. But when I unplug the ac and Powerplay kicks in, the whole display gets major artifacts. This only happens when I open ATITOOL and load my 12% oc profile. I get artifacts even when I reload...
