ok, i returned the media and have been able to burn successfully, well kind of. im getting some of the same problems i had before i upgraded the bios and video drivers. basically what happens is the dvd will start skipping and...
yeah i was going to do that, go back and use ones that i know work, hopefully compusa will let me return them, heh. i wonder if anyone else with a 4750 have had any similar problems.
ive also tried using dvd decrypter and it still does the same thing.
fungo, is that with using your laptop? if so what type of laptop do you have? im using a 4750
im actually trying to use memorex, the ones i used before were sony's dvd+r, altho for some reason when i tried using sony dvd-r's it would always fail during writing.
i wonder if it could be something with the actual dvd's? even if i just try making a data disc with nero it does the same thing, says its unwritable
ive used the same software and type of dvds, only difference is brand of dvd+r's. ive burned numerous dvd's with dvd shrink and nero before.
i have it set so that after it encodes it it uses nero to burn it
im trying to burn a dvd onto a DVD+R using DVD Shrink 3.2, when i insert the DVD+R it says its not recordable. im using the exact same process that ive always used. anyone have any ideas? thanks
