Well, my price limit is $1,000-$1,500 or so but I'd like to pay as little as I can for as much performance as I can get. I'm not against buying a cheaper system and upgrading it either if thats a cheaper path to reliable performance.

Thanks bud, I looked at that site, it's a great site but it just redirects to cj2600's (from here) teardown guides. I definitely like a site that organizes all the resources for computers that they know about into one easy to use site....
Was looking for factory service manuals for my laptop and I came across this site http://www.service-manual.net I was wondering if anyone has used them before and whether these are actually real service manuals or not? DC
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the full service manuals for a P25 S507? I've definitely seen CJ's site and that has some GREAT info on it, but I'd really like to have a copy of the real deal also to help with stuff that falls...
